Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation made 2 Days (48 Hours) prior to the check-in date – Full refund will be processed.
• Cancellation made within 48 hours of check-in or No Show – No refund will be applicable.
• Date amendments are subject to room availability and management approval.
Refund Policy
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original mode of payment.
• Any bank/payment gateway charges deducted during transaction processing are non-refundable.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
Booking Amendment
• Changes in booking dates or guest details must be informed through email or official contact numbers.
• Rate differences, if any, will be applicable as per revised dates.
Management reserves the right to amend the policy without prior notice.
