It’s a pride moment for Pragati Group that our beloved Chairman, Dr.GBK Rao received the “Most Eminent Senior Citizen Award” from the Chief Guest, Hon’ble Justice Shri V.Ramasubramanian, Chair Person, National Human Rights Commission and Padma Shri Awardee, Dr.D.R.Kaarthikeyan, IPS(R), President, Age-Care India during 43rd Annual/ Elders Day Celebrations being organized by Age-Care India (ACI) on 9th July, 2025 at the India International Centre, New Delhi in recognition of the exceptional professional and humanitarian services to the society.
Sri Bhikkhu Sanghasena Ji, Founder President & Spiritual Director, Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre, Leh- UT Ladakh, \Save the Himalayas Foundation (SHF), New Delhi who raised trees and plants in large numbers even at the height of 14,000 feet in the Himalayas has also received the award on the same platform.
Many of the senior most citizens and prominent personalities working for the service of aged persons were also suitably recognised and honoured during the event.
