2. Pragati Green Valley: This venture was started in the year 2002 with 1000 Residential plots. This venture was kept for Marketing from 2002 and was sold out in 2002 year. Situated close to Balaji Chilkur Temple with proposed access from the Bijapur Highway.
3. Pragati Green Heights: This venture was started in the year 2004 with 2500 Residential plots, having around 2300 members. The venture was kept for Marketing from 2004 and being the biggest venture with 4 layouts.
